The games you mean to play
Backlit catches a game the moment you find it, then tells you which one to play tonight.
Catch it where you found it
Games turn up in a trailer, a group chat, a screenshot of somebody's store page. Share it into Backlit and it is saved, matched and out of your way. You do not have to remember the name later, because remembering the name later is the part nobody does.
Decide, on the evening you actually have
An hour and a half before bed is a different question from a free Saturday. Backlit knows what you have, how long it takes and where you left it, and answers the only question that matters when you sit down: what are you playing tonight.
Keep the record
What you started, what you finished, what you set aside and why. Rate it, write about it, make a list, show somebody. Or keep every word of it to yourself, which is the setting it starts on.
Bring what you already have
Connect Steam and your library comes across, with playtime and achievements. The catalog is IGDB's, which is the one most game sites are built on.
Your library is yours
Backing up your library writes a complete file of everything you have saved, free, whenever you want it. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Deleting your account is one row in Settings and it is immediate.
